The Bliss Tees – Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase from The Bliss Tees. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy exchange options under the conditions below:


1. Exchange Due to Manufacturing Defect

If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free exchange.

  • You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery with clear images and a brief description.

  • Once verified by our team, we will initiate a pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost.


2. Exchange Due to Size Issue

We understand sizing can be tricky. That’s why we provide detailed size charts on every product page to help you make the right choice.

However, if you still need to exchange your item for a different size:

  • We do allow size exchanges for the same product (subject to availability).

  • A ₹200 courier charge will be applicable, which must be paid before pickup is arranged.

  • This fee helps us maintain fair pricing while covering logistics, as size-related issues arise mostly due to negligence in checking the size chart.


General Conditions for Exchange

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

  • We currently do not offer returns or refunds—only exchanges as per the policy.
